Romeo, thank you for your feedback. You brought your 2010 VW Jetta to us multiple times for a cold-start stutter while also working with another shop. We discovered aftermarket parts that we did not install, which added complexity. We started with cost-effective solutions and later identified a faulty aftermarket fuel pump as the likely issue, explaining it might not guarantee a fix. Despite our efforts and communication, the issue persisted. We refunded the fuel pump cost as requested, and you opted to seek help elsewhere. Just to clarify the fuel pump removed was an original pump from a different place installed 4 years ago. This was the reason why I didn’t believe the problem of the stalling situation. The car was always serviced with original OEM parts from local auto body shops. I spoke with the new service manager Sebastian, and can understand the car is old and that is difficult sometimes to provide an accurate diagnosis. I tried calling on Thursday morning and once again (always) had to leave a voicemail. No one ever answers the phone, has never happened once when I’ve called. Waiting to hear back. I also went in person again a week ago on Saturday, spoke to some who promised a response on Monday, nothing.
