Always pleased with VW Gallery service staff I was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. I took advantage of the shuttle service since no loaner cars were available. It's always nice to see all the familiar faces that have been working there for the many years I have been having service. I am always kept well informed as to the work that's done or needs to be done in the future. It would be nice if they had more loaner cars to offer. They used to but apparently have cut back on that benefit which is too bad. Also, my car was clean and shiny when I picked it up. More

Excellent experience this time after a shaky start I brought my car in for the 50k mile service check and three other items, a recall, a service campaign both related to the TDI and AdBlue issues, and I brought my car in for the 50k mile service check and three other items, a recall, a service campaign both related to the TDI and AdBlue issues, and to have new LED headlights installed. While performing all these I got a call regarding a different issue that was causing my service engine light to appear. Zach got approval to waive the diagnostic fee and they determined that another covered part needed to be replaced. The part was not in stock, be did arrive 2 days later and was taken care of with no additional charges. Zach was great and my car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off with everything now working great. It was an excellent experience. More
Very bad I had scheduled an oil change and 10,000 mike service for my son’s car on Wednesday, December 5th. I had scheduled this appointment earlier in the wee I had scheduled an oil change and 10,000 mike service for my son’s car on Wednesday, December 5th. I had scheduled this appointment earlier in the week for 3 pm. After about 1 hour and 45 minutes, the car was not done. I asked the service department represtative if there was a problem. He told me there was only 1 machine to balance the tires and many cars came in at the same time. I said that’s why I had scheduled my appointment, and I had never waited this long for service. Then I waited about 5 more minutes because they were looking for the wrong car. On my receipt, the service had been “ done “ to my other car. Both my so.n and I have 2018 Jetta cars but different models and different colors. I am disturbed that when my car was checked in that they didn’t notice it was a white Wolfsburg Jetta rather than a gray Sports Jetta that was listed on the form. And to top it off, the credit card machine wasn’t working and I had to leave my credit card information with the service rep. I am really disappointed. I called back that night and left a message for the service representative to explain the wrong information on the form which he never called me back. Thank goodness for Samantha Briody who helped correct the information on the form the next day, email the receipt for the credit card, as well as apologize for the mistake. More
