Pressure Tactics I called ahead and got a quote for my oil change and 70,000 mile service which was $89. When I was asked to sign the work order it jumped to over $20 I called ahead and got a quote for my oil change and 70,000 mile service which was $89. When I was asked to sign the work order it jumped to over $200. I was told that included a tire rotation. I didn’t authorize this and had that taken off immediately. Later I got a text message saying I should get $900 in new tires and asked me to approve the charge. No discussion or call from a service technician to explain. Since Prime took over the service has gone down and I feel they want to gouge me. I am going to look for another place to get my car serviced More

They matched a part price on a camera and even fixed the light to license plate at no charge. Awesome service for the camera. The sunshade another story. Told them motor still works and shade is stuck. They told that the frame needs to be replaced and it was a big job. I decided not to do it. However, when driving home I noticed that the sunshade was fully open now and it was half way open when I brought it there. I know they have to look at it, but now there is no shade and completely broken. I talked to service manager who was a good guy and he is going to try to contact Volkswagen to see what they can do. This is only a 2015 and this a major cost. Hoping it works out because they seem like a decent place. More
