Appointment reps lack of knowledge I made an appointment asking for a time that my car would be look at when I arrived so I could wait. The person I talked to said no problem 7:30. When I made an appointment asking for a time that my car would be look at when I arrived so I could wait. The person I talked to said no problem 7:30. When I arrived at 7:15 the service Rep Janice said the tech wounded even be in until 8:00 and it would be to long for me to wait. I got very upset. The service rep Janice was very professional in calming me done and and trying to keep me from leaving -Boch for good. Unfortunately my issue couldn’t be duplicated so it wasn’t resolved. I have wait until it happens again and more often before it can be fixed. This is the second time in a month that I was lied to by the appointment office. I am willing to give Boch another chance because of your service Reps and Salesman Joe Baribeault. More
Great advise for the hand I burned on my stove! My plan was to come in for a quick oil change and have them fix my left blinker that wasn’t working, I didn’t have much time and was in a rush to leav My plan was to come in for a quick oil change and have them fix my left blinker that wasn’t working, I didn’t have much time and was in a rush to leave the house. I mistakenly burned the side of my hand with a hot pot leaving what was almost shaped like a horse shoe on my hand . Funny because I didn’t feel very lucky up to that point . I grabbed an ice pack from the fridge, put it on my hand & RAN to the dealership because I wanted to get this done before a work meeting I had. I’m the owner of a fast growing remodeling company in Dedham Ma . When I got to the dealership I couldn’t help but mention my injury to the sales rep. I told him that I just want to get it done as quickly as possible “I’m a little uncomfortable “and the ice pack was starting to not be very cold . Not only did they get the truck done extremely fast, but the rep gave me great advice on my injured hand !
