Not what it used to be. I was a big fan but my last visit was disappointing. It was routine, free, 20,000 mile. The service employee pointed out my inspection sticker had exp I was a big fan but my last visit was disappointing. It was routine, free, 20,000 mile. The service employee pointed out my inspection sticker had expired. I asked him to take care of that too. I had to go back to work and so expected a call to come back to get the car in an hour or two. I never got a call and had to call them almost 4 hours later. When I got there, they had not done the inspection check. They said I hadn’t asked for it - clearly not true given I was unaware it had even expired until the employee pointed it out. They said it would be another hour or so to do it. I did not have the time. So I left and had it done in 15 minutes elsewhere the next morning. I was not upset, just disappointed that the place seems to have gone downhill. More
