Oil change Overall, my experience was good. Angel was very polite and helpful. My only complaint is that my windshield fluid was not filled. Upon receiving an Overall, my experience was good. That's Customer Service with a smile I came in for an oil change. I went to waiting area and was greeted by Bill Heins. He was pleasant and was able to accomidate my needs for a disabled I came in for an oil change. I went to waiting area and was greeted by Bill Heins. He was pleasant and was able to accomidate my needs for a disabled person. He helped to get me settled in a quiet area and said if I needed anything else to please call him directly. He came back in about 20 minutes and checked to see if I needed anything. Just some water, well not only did he do that but he got my service dog some water and even had a treat for her. Mr Heins checked on my vehicle for me and with in 5 minutes my service advisor come to me with all the paperwork and my vehicle was right outside. I thanked Bill for all he did, but he said it is a team effort hear at Boch Toyota We all play an important part in customer service.. All this with a smile and a sense of humor.
