No other dealership but Boch Toyota in Norwood... I have found Boch Toyota in Norwood to be honest, reliable, competent and professional. My next vehicle will be from them, they earned it. Never had a problem until my recent service Got double charged on inspection sticker Charged for tire rotation on brand new tires installed that day. Paid over 600 $ on 4 tires. Complaint to compliment, Kevin champions customers I called and spoke with a woman who a difficult time talking to me and understanding my needs. She put me on hold for a very long time. I believe I I called and spoke with a woman who a difficult time talking to me and understanding my needs. She put me on hold for a very long time. I believe I had to call back and I reached Kevin and from the minute he spoke to me I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. He had patience listening to my needs, easily accommodated my schedule , had sincere empathy for being left on hold and I hung up feeling prepared for going in for service. When I arrived he was there to greet me and made my transition to rental with kids and car seats easy. Kevin answered all of my questions with confidence and made me feel at ease. Picking up my car was simple and again he was there to make sure I was taken care of . I will be sharing my story with others and will be taking the rest of my cars to Boch in the future because I know even if I have a problem there’s a guy like Kevin who can step in and make things right. I would also like to commend the gentleman who took care of my rental car. He was very professional and prompt with providing me an adequate car to use for the day. More
