Horrible experience. They did not do what they said they were going to do. They told me one price and then after it was done, I received a price for 35 dollars more. They said it was because my warranty was expired but I would not have had my tires rotated if they had told me to start with. That is fine if the warranty is expired, but they needed to make me aware when they told me the price. The manager never came over and apologized for the mistake. Horrible customer service!! More

Not A Great Experience I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM for an appointment. 12 hours later, I was told they never got to my car and i would have to reschedule. When I told them I could leave my car until the following day but I would need a loaner for more than 24 hrs, they said they would need to charge me for that loaner if over 24 hrs..:.despite the fact that this issue was entirely due to them not being able to keep an appointment having had my car for 12 hours. i will likely not be back to this dealership for service again.
