The passenger-side wiper blade appeared to be too long and was wedging on the windshield trim. I drove up to the service advisor desk without an appointment and told him what the problem was. He checked the situation, said he would be right beck and returned with a new blade - which he installed. I was out of there in about five minutes. I don't expect to be out that quickly with all visits, but this time I was pleased as could be. More
