Not a happy customer I brought my car in for service at the required time and was told it wasn’t ready for service and to come back when I have driven another 600 miles. E I brought my car in for service at the required time and was told it wasn’t ready for service and to come back when I have driven another 600 miles. Even though the service sticker that was put on my window said to come back at the mileage stated and I even waited and brought it in 100 miles over. This is the 3rd time on 3 different occasions I was told to come back for service when I’ve reached a different mileage. Later that day I got a postcard in the mail saying I was overdue for service on my car!! I brought my car in the next day and Wilson took my car no questions asked! He was wonderful unlike the employee I had the day before. I will not be bringing my car back to the Norwood location because every time I do I get refused service even though I’m bringing it in by the sticker that THEY put on my windshield. More

Was informed of the cause of this damage right off by Wilson. This has allowed me to take advantage of my Comprehensive Insurance and seek reparations from the former "mechanic." The work was done fairly quickly at Boch. Parts were a bit expensive. I also would have enjoyed a more pointed and clear chain of communication. All in all, I got what I needed and am satisfied with the job. More

There was a problem with the key machine but the manager went out of his way to have the key made by another Toyota dealership and made sure my daughter was able to get back on the island with the reservation that had been made.
