Other dealerships will sometimes tell you that you have to make an appointment another time to do the recall, but not the service team at both toyota. They do it right away for you, and not make you make an extra trip. Also I was a drive in, no appointment and they took me right away. That’s what I call service! More

Quality in repair but communication lacked Twice I’ve had my car repairs performed at the collision center. My experiences were 5 stars until the last event. My car was held and repaired for 2 Twice I’ve had my car repairs performed at the collision center. My experiences were 5 stars until the last event. My car was held and repaired for 2 weeks - I received no callbacks or phone calls from the manager assigned to my case. I had to take the initiative and call several times for updates on the extent of damages, repair costs, date/time of retrieval. The front desk personnel could not help me but transfer the phone call. The manager had only generic information to provide back-back days. A simple call to the guys repairing the vehicle would have given her a simple answer. If she had taken the initiative during those 2 weeks, my experience would not have been frustrating at all. I had a rental car and do not have days off so it was important for me to return it within the limit the insurance allowed and when I could leave work early to get my car. More
