That one was the third time I went to the service center Unfortunately the 2 times I went before to the service center, I was told that my brakes were OK, I bought my Rav 4 and the brakes were making a sque Unfortunately the 2 times I went before to the service center, I was told that my brakes were OK, I bought my Rav 4 and the brakes were making a squeak noise, was very loud and annoying, my family said that I needed a new brakes but the Toyota service insist that the brakes were fine, until I spoke with Kevin Dasilva and he helped me a lot, he heard me and was concerned about my car problem and finally they found out the problem. I am very grateful with him, I was lucky to meet him. More
