Didn't fix my taillight. AC Broken I went in for routine maintenance and a few other services, and also mentioned my rear right taillight being out. They did the routine maintenance, as well as replacing a ball bearing, a drive belt, and a recall issue with the airbags. But when I got home later that night I had a feeling they just forgot about the taillight. I looked at the back of my car, and sure enough, the taillight was still out. Also, the panel that accesses the airbag was not fully secured and fell off within a day of service. The AC keeps wavering between working and not working. The AC itself works and the fan roars to life, but no air comes out intermittently. It's almost like it just got stuck in defrost mode, even though defrost is turned off. This problem didn't start until after my service visit. I will probably not be going back, since they'll just charge me for the things they broke. More
The service tech representative that handled my service visit was extremely friendly and courteous. The car required a recall servicing, plus a state vehicle inspection sticker, and in the process was told visit was extremely friendly and courteous. There was a coupon offer online for the alignment I had recalled receiving an email promotion, but my phone's Internet access was slow and unable to show it so was disappointedly charged $10 more for the job. The recall repair was estimated to be a 3-hours job but it along with the inspection sticker and wheel alignment were all completed in about two hours. More

I didn't have any luck here. Went for a diagnosis. Toyota dealership should be able to diagnose a 2008 Tundra problem. Went 3 times, got 3 different diagnoses. All not the problem. I think Boch Toyota Service is not a good company or seriously has to look into their employees. I brought my car in with an issue because i had a warranty through them. They told me I needed a new engi seriously has to look into their employees. I brought my car in with an issue because i had a warranty through them. They told me I needed a new engine harness and a new knox sensor harner for a cost of $6,500 and it wasnt covered due to animals chewing the wires. Since it wasnt covered i brought it to my normal mechanic to fix it. Then i found out there were absolutely no chewed wires and my engine harness was in perfect condition. My headlight relay went bad so my lights were shutting off but it was still drawing voltage from the battery causing it to continuously die. I had to pay them for a car rental and a diagnostic and they did nothing. This is a covered part on my waranty so I shouldnt have had to pay a dime but apparently warranties at boch are not real. The manager called me back after 2 weeks. I was told because i pulled my car out and I did not let them go through the process of fixing the wrong thing to find out the real issue, its my fault. I will never go back! Every step of the way from the finance guy to service boch has made up their money for their low prices. Watch out and pay close attention to everything you do. More

Made it a point to maximize transparency: showed me him calling enterprise and let me listen to hear what they were saying.
