He mentioned that Jack Tu (5371) was most helpful in assisting him My husband brought our Camry in for an oil change and general service inspection. He mentioned that Jack Tu (5371) was most helpful in assisting him on all fronts. The front lower ball joints needed to be replaced and Jack assisted in getting our warranty on this approved (saving us a large amount of money) and also allowed us to use our oil change discount (even though the card was accidentally left at home). So we had a minimum cost for this visit and have our vehicle in great shape, thanks to Jack and his excellent service! Both of us are particular about our vehicle's maintenance and repair and my husband is even more so. When he is well-satisfied with the service he receives at Boch, I am as well.
