Diagnostics or Up selling? Reluctantly went to the dealer with an issue, which I thought they should correct. Instead they ran an expensive "diagnostic" and proposed over $1300 Reluctantly went to the dealer with an issue, which I thought they should correct. Instead they ran an expensive "diagnostic" and proposed over $1300 in repairs, which two other mechanics said were not necessary. They did not admit (or discover) the real mistake they had previously made. Next time I really need Toyota service (recall etc.) I will drive past Boch to a place that isn't after my wallet. More

First time I have had service done without problems in a long time. Larry was great at follow up and communication. I hope he takes care of my car in the future. First visit no one explained the details of the work needed on the car and it felt like I was being passed from one person to the next the day I picked up the car. Easy in easy out with no hassles. Minimum wait time. Only fault I could see was you wanted to charge me $43 an engine filter. Seems a bit much. I came home and ordered the filter on line for $11.
