I have honestly never met such a helpful, competent service consultant. Bob was the one in the service center that was getting things done very quickly. His pace was impressive. He whipped through the paperwork and got my car moving through the service center. He was polite, professional and pleasant. It was obvious to me that he takes pride in doing a good job and assisting people in the most professional way. He went above and beyond for me. I think that so many people in the service industries today almost seem to resent customers. Bob was clearly doing the best job he could to make things right. The speaker Bob had ordered for me was mistakenly sold/used by another service person. Bob was clearly frustrated, but didn't spend anytime complaining. He got on the phone and made arrangements to get a new speaker for me, and he handled it the same day. How? I'm not sure. But it was a "miracle" of efficiency. I can't say enough about Bob. If I need service again, I will request Bob specifically. The others may be fine workers, but they all seemed to be working at a slower place. Bob was fast and excellent at his job. After the first 5,000 miles I got my first service (free oil change). Now after 10,000 miles I just got my routine maintained and also the inspection sticker. Without a shadow of a doubt BOCH Toyota is not only the best Car dealership in America but only in the entire planet. I do like the movie theater in the waiting area and the free coffee and the high tables that helped me to grade my student’s exam while I was waiting. Fantastic experience and I recommend Boch to anyone who needs a piece of mind. More

I had had my 2008 Toyota RAV-4 in for regular maintence last week - each time I go the staff is always very pleasant.
