I took my car in for its 20,000 mile service checkup. I was greeted and warmly welcomed by Chuck Fassel, who checked me in. I had two special requests....one to vacuum my trunk, and the second to silence was greeted and warmly welcomed by Chuck Fassel, who checked me in. I had two special requests....one to vacuum my trunk, and the second to silence the "siren" on my car alarm which had been way too sensitive from day one. The routine work on my car was handled promptly within the estimated time, and my two requests were handled by Chuck himself. Thank you, Chuck. My last several cars have been purchased with the help of Sales Consultant, John McDaniel. I enjoy working with John. He is not pushy! He is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was not buying a car today, but John spent some time with me while I awaited my service work to be completed. I was not surprised to learn that John has reached the SILVER Sales Society level in sales. He deserves this honor - for his hard work, and great service to his customers. More
I purchased a Toyota Avalon fron this dealership 2 yrs ago because of the sales staff.Very friendly,not pushy and easy to deal with.Sice then I've brought my car back every 5k miles for service. had a problem yesterday with 2011 avalon,(key would not work in ignition, called AAA, land locksmith to no avail, then went to dealership and happened on to Mr McDaniel land he went with me in another car work in ignition, called AAA, land locksmith to no avail, then went to dealership and happened on to Mr McDaniel land he went with me in another car to avalon and tried to get kiey to work, but it would not and he contacted a tow company to come and get car back to dealership and theb he walked back to dealership about 1 mile on busy highway. 1 hour later car was towed to dealership and he was instrumental having car looked at (6;00 P>M> i think john went over and above as he was not saleman who sold me vehicle. william lane 508-641-8252 More
I bought a car 3 years ago from Boch. Over time, things break, it happens. My brakes had started to wear and were starting to be an issue. I took the car in and Don took care of me right away. It felt like as soon as he had any info he was right there to let me know. Corey as well. They explained everything that needed to be done in real english. While I was waiting my original salesman from 3 years ago walked by and remembered me. HE then went and checked on the car and let me know how it was going too. I know its hard to draw a line from A to B on theses things; but these guys just made sure when I need service or start looking for a new car that I'm going to stop in Boch Toyota. They are an asset to this dealership. More

My daughter brought her Camry in to be serviced. Once again, I entrusted her to Bob Gandolfo. I knew she would be in the best hands possible. Bob Gandolfo promptly took my Toyota avalon for its oil change, making sure to tell me that the coupon I had did not cover a 6 cylinder car; although he did ensure that I received 5 dollars off. Bob is an excellent Service Consultant -- he's friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I've continued to service my Prius at Boch because of Bob, as well as the great waiting room setup.
