Service after sale was horrendous! It is very unfortunate but after sale of vehicle the service from the service department was poor at best. Hospitality, consideration, and personality was at zero (0). I was treated as if I did something wrong although they were at fault pertaining to something as simple as a loaner vehicle during drop off to which they then say they don't do loaners they do rentals. The rental agent treated me with utter disrespect and even suggesting that I should take the bus. That was just in the morning. The same day I pick up the vehicle and there are now scratches on the passenger side of vehicle along with some tiny dings. When some form of management finally does speak to me about it instead of an apology for my experience there that day I am met with reluctance to assist me and trying to make it seem as if those things were there already. Disappointed is an understatement More

He said they were understaffed the day I took my car in the last time. So I decided to give them another try. Took my car in and the oil change was done in only 45 minutes. Thank you. More
Disappointed I would not recommend Toyota for service inquiries. I was in there for a recall that took almost two months to repair. Unfortunately, when there is a recall the dealership is responsible for repairing it. Staff was inconsiderate and did not find my time precious. All said and done I got my vehicle back and now they are not covering a bill I was told would be covered. It's disappointing because I planned to buy my new car at Toyota but after this experience it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. More

Although phone is answered, you never get connected to anthing but a message machine. The sases agent promices to call you back within one hour, and after 24 hours I am still waiting for a call back from him, or sales manager and finance manager. Also the fax number given does not work. What a terrible auto dealership! They should be out of business soon! More
I brought my car in for service. The service manager, Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. I, not knowing a lot about cars, described the noise and problems I was having with my Toyota Corolla. He pat Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. I, not knowing a lot about cars, described the noise and problems I was having with my Toyota Corolla. He patiencely listened and test drove the car with me to better understand what I was experiencing. After this and before any work was done, Joe reviewed what issues were found and gave me a breakdown of what the costs would be. I have never experience such wonderful service and will continue to bring my car to Boch! Thank you, Joe!!! More
Typical business by cheating customers. When you were trying to book a service, they would tell you free ride is available if you needed one. When you brought this up, they would find all reasons to tell trying to book a service, they would tell you free ride is available if you needed one. So forget about it, just another dirty trick like to persuade you to purchase a part that is not necessary. More
I took my car in for its 20,000 mile service checkup. I was greeted and warmly welcomed by Chuck Fassel, who checked me in. I had two special requests....one to vacuum my trunk, and the second to silence was greeted and warmly welcomed by Chuck Fassel, who checked me in. I had two special requests....one to vacuum my trunk, and the second to silence the "siren" on my car alarm which had been way too sensitive from day one. The routine work on my car was handled promptly within the estimated time, and my two requests were handled by Chuck himself. Thank you, Chuck. My last several cars have been purchased with the help of Sales Consultant, John McDaniel. I enjoy working with John. He is not pushy! He is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was not buying a car today, but John spent some time with me while I awaited my service work to be completed. I was not surprised to learn that John has reached the SILVER Sales Society level in sales. He deserves this honor - for his hard work, and great service to his customers. More
I purchased a Toyota Avalon fron this dealership 2 yrs ago because of the sales staff.Very friendly,not pushy and easy to deal with.Sice then I've brought my car back every 5k miles for service.
