Great Experience I worked with Peter Anderson for the servicing of my Prius. He truly cares about his clients and took the time to give me an update while my car was being worked on. The car was done in less than an hour and he walked me to my car to make sure everything checked out. He was able to build a quick rapport and I definitely want to come back and work with Peter the next time I need work done on my car. Peter is a true asset and I would highly recommend anyone to schedule a service visit with him. More
The model of excellence. I have been coming here for all service requirements on my cars for years - those were the days when I drove a Toyota Camry. Now that I drive a a Mini Cooper I only come in for the inspection sticker, but am still treated with great courtesy and professionalism. This time it was pouring with rain and the floor was very slippery. I have recently had both knees replaced and walk with a cane. Peter Anderson, my service advisor, even gave me his arm to walk me back to my car so I would not slip! He was friendly, professional, and just great to deal with. I highly recommend Boch Toyota. Peter was great today, but I have always received excellent service. More

Quick Visit on 4/24/2017 My Highlander was due for an oil change and I was putting it off . You always think your going to be at the dealer for 3 days and 3 nights waiting for My Highlander was due for an oil change and I was putting it off . You always think your going to be at the dealer for 3 days and 3 nights waiting for it. I called in advance and made an appointment,but you wonder if it really has any value or is it just an image gimmick for such a small service visit. Anyways after I dropped it off I got myself a muffin and sat down in the makeshift lounge. It seemed like only 20 minutes went by when they came for me to tell me my car was allset. After I paid, I did a 360 walk around my car hoping their wasn,t any door dings or scratches on my extremely well taken care of 2 year old car, and I,m happy to say no scratches or it would have been my last visit. So I can say I had a good experience with fast on time work performed with no surprises,,Perfect that's all you can ask for. More

I've been to Boch Toyota on several occasions for work on my present car as well as other cars I've owned in the past and always knew they did good work, but on this recent visit I learned they were honest as well. An easy way to depart from your happiness I went once for service and despite being requesting to be left alone I am continuously harassed with phone calls, texts, and emails. Those two deserve at least 3 stars for effort. I honestly can say they tried their best if unfortunately still leaving me a bit unsatisfied with the results. So, I left another review on 8/27. I believe it wasn't very flattering for Boch Toyota in Norwood. I write this now in order to inform anyone truly interested in whether or not this dealership is worth spending your time and money on seeing as how I have to go through something negative each time I make a visit and I don't feel very comfortable while I'm there. I made an appointment for W 11/9 and they still weren't ready for me. I'll grant them that I gave them a sizeable list of things to inspect/work. Although I was there from 10:15am until approximately 5:30pm, which is a long time to wait, I do understand much of the time I waited. Like the majority of you, I expect a certain level of professionalism when I acquire any product from any company wanting what you've been putting in your pocket... that being money! Now, by the end of a previous visit, the company vehicle that I brought to them was returned with scratches along the passenger side of the vehicle as well as being left visibly dirty. Obviously, I was upset and so was the owner of the company I work with. So after talks and sending faxes/email's to the higher ups with evidence of the facts, it was agreed that it would be taken care of when I brought it in. Fortunately, they did a decent job this time, but there were times the service department seemed very uneager to get the scratches repaired and John Remy saw to it that they did. But, they still left some on the rear passenger door and one on the front passenger door. Understand that the damage occured while they had possession of the vehicle. The fact of the matter is that no client should endure this level of unprofessionalism from any establishment that portrays themselves as the best at what they do. They did however clean the car this time and gave me a tank of gas so that cheered me up a bit. But, I take exceptional care of any vehicle in my possession and I know what to look for when it comes to imperfections. At this point, it appears out of spite. Whether they'll admit it or not is something else. Our company excels at great costumer service which is necessary especially pertaining to the private livery car business. And, just as our clients expect the best, we also expect the best from companies we do business with. More
