This time was a bit different due to the covid19 issues, but I was very, very impressed with everything done to keep us all safe and keep our cars running and still provided that excellent service they are known for! Janus explained the issues from the noises I was hearing, he took really good care of us! Car is driving like it was brand new instead of 13 years old! Thank you so much! More
We brought the car in for a very serious issue. We have contacted the corporate phone number we were given and were told to call and speak to customer service manager who is not in the office and is probab contacted the corporate phone number we were given and were told to call and speak to customer service manager who is not in the office and is probably working from home. Call the service manager and had to leave message twice. We get lots of action when we buy cars very little and we have a serious problem. On the day we brought the car in for service, they kept the car for over five hours and ended up not even touching the car because of the unintended acceleration problem. More
I called and asked if I could come at 10:00 rather than 11:45 apt - I was told sure we can take you early - I was there 3.5 hours and was told “ I don’t know who said for you to come early .
