Warranty on A/C Denied! failed to fix it from prev crash! My A/C stopped working so we called and they said it would be covered under my extended warranty that I gladly purchased. I got in around 9 am with my 5 yr old son and was told the a few nights before when I get there I will have a rental car waiting for me so I could go run errands while my car gets worked on. I get there and wait two hours after returning to the service guy and asking if my rental was ever going to show up?! "Oh, you still want the rental"?!?! xxx, never did i even mention I didn't want it and when I arrived I even reminded him and he said it would only be about 20 minutes to go get comfortable and watch Tv. so around 11:20 i finally get my rental car and go out and run errands. I get a call from Wilson Caceres who is a Service Advisor which whom was really nice but told me my car was going to be around $750-$900 to fix!!!! I came in for a WARRANTY Replacement His excuse was that my hoses were busted from a previous front end collision. I brought my car in Two years ago to this very place (Norwood) to the collision center where they repaired my car from damage done in a crash (NOT MY FAULT) This place Never checked the hoses on the A/C unit in a front end crash!! I called 4 places and asked them and they said that it's VERY COMMON for hoses to break in front end collisions... SO either they didn't do their job correctly. They overlooked a major issue here! not only did they pressure me into paying for this (which I declined) they handed me a bill for $148 and told me I couldn't get my keys until I paid for labor!!!! LABOR, they didn't do anything to my car but tell me it was broken when I was there on a WARRANTY Claim.... Waiting to hear back from Jason Aufiero to see if there can be anything done. I'll leave another rating when I speak with HIM More

At only 800 miles they purposely cut wire to my alternator Car was brand new, didn't even have enough miles for the first service but I brought it in for the free oil change. I had heard bad things about service and had bad experiences with Sales at Boch South, but I figured, hey, its under warranty, they cant shaft me. AFter I got home and parked in my dark garage, I noticed my "battery charge" indicator light was on. So I made an appointment again. They told me it was a broken wire caused by a mouse and it was in a very hard spot to reach in my harness down below and it would cost $800 and take FOUR HOURS to fix. As I've never seen one acorn in my car and you could eat off the engine, (I've seen signs of mice in other cars) and it was SUMMER, this was highly unlikely, so I asked them to show me where the wire was. It was in the easiest spot to reach, right on the alternator connector up high near my oil cap. So apparently the mouse was so desperate, he pulled back the armored sleeve, put his teeth right up against the connector and disconnected the one wire that has no effect on charging, but does turn on the lamp. NE mice are smart and ambidextrous I guess. I complained that it was impossible for a mouse to do that, I also explained that I work with electronics and I'd fire my tech if he couldn't fix couldn't remove the one pin and solder on a new one in less than an hour and the service rep seemed at a loss. I gave him an out and said maybe they dropped a wrench during my oil change. (20lb filter wrench?) They said they'd fix it under warranty. And magically instead of 4 hours, they changed my oil, rotated my tires and fixed the wire (poorly, no shrink tube just electrical tape that fell off immediately on my new car.) ALL within 1.5 hours. Wow, they compressed 4 hours into a half. Miracle. This is a warning of how they drum up service with this scam Now I'm going to put it on my phone calendar to if the review stays. No way any Boch dealership is in the top 3 dealers. So cheap they also charge for donuts and cappucino, Even the old Milford IRA supplied that. Acton gives you that plus breakfast or lunch and seems more legit. Even IRA . Guess the Ghost of Boch wants every nickel, not like they're passing on the savings to you. More
