Oil change I had an appointment at 7:30. I waited two hours and watched people come in after me and leave before me. Finally I asked my service person what was g I had an appointment at 7:30. I waited two hours and watched people come in after me and leave before me. Finally I asked my service person what was going on. He went to find out then comes back and tells me it’s going to be another 20 minutes!! So obviously I was forgotten because I know it only takes about 20-30 minutes for an oil change. I asked the service guy if I was indeed forgotten but of course he tells me no and then says that even if you an appointment at 7:30 and you come in at 6:30 they will take you early. Which makes me wonder, then why have appointments?!! I made the appointment for a reason!! You may as well just make it first come first served!! Very annoyed!! More
