It was quickly pointed out to me that I had a bad battery but that should have been determined when they parked the car they should not have been able to move the car from where they were fixing it inside the bay to outside without noticing that the terminals were bad in the battery was bad after $1,700 they parked my car with a dead battery I'm all set I don't need to go back to Boch for anyting I came home located a mechanic in my neighborhood and for now on that's where I'll get my service taken care finally,I have four brand new tiresput on at the service before this. The left front tire is still not right even after they resealed it. I am thoroughly upset to the point that I'm even sending Ernie Boch a letter to him, after all you are still using his name. I'm so disappointed in you guys More
recall Hello I can only say the experience was frustrating and unsuccessful. I dropped the car at 7:00am. The car was brought in for 2 recalls. When dropping it off I was clear that the completion must be done by 2pm and if that wasn't realistic than please just let me know and we would reschedule. The engine light was on and we discussed running the diagonstic BUT only after the recalls were done keeping in mind the time restrictions. I left my phone number for any questions or problems that might come up. I called at 9:00, 11:00 and again at 12:30 I left voicemails , no answer and no call back. I reached the man I dropped off the car with on my 4th try - he explained they ran the diagonstic first and were working on completimng the diagonstic he would check with the mechanic and call me back. He returned my call at 1:15 explaining the delay was due to difficulty they ran into with regards to my spark plugs and that the repairs would run me in the low $2000.00. They had NOT done the recalls and that the car woud not be ready by 2:00. I questioned why BOCH choose to disregard the deadline we had discussed and that the deadline was no different now , 7 hours later - he told me he would tell the guys to take it off the block and I could come get it at 2:00. THANKS? NO RECALLS DONE - NO EXPLANATION - COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME! More
