Service Appointment I was told that my first servicing (tire rotation and inspection of brakes, fluids, etc) would be complimentary when I scheduled the appointment for a I was told that my first servicing (tire rotation and inspection of brakes, fluids, etc) would be complimentary when I scheduled the appointment for an oil change. After I arrived, I was again informed that there would be no charge (except for the oil change). Then I was told that I had been misinformed and it wasn't complimentary. Afterwards I indicated my concern and later the service manager called, apologized and applied a credit toward my next service appointment. This matter was resolved to my satisfaction. More
