Express service Came in for a express oil change. Took 2 hours to finish (yes 2 hours!) service rep name Wilson was extremely poor at customer service. Not until his Came in for a express oil change. When the car was done, all of my car keys are very dirty, its almost seems like they dipped it in muds while servicing me car. Over all, bad customer service, communication.
