Bad assessment of problem and scammers! I will start with a positive, everyone was friendly and professional. I have been having my car serviced here for a few years since moving to the area I will start with a positive, everyone was friendly and professional. I have been having my car serviced here for a few years since moving to the area, I went in with check engine light on and a few others and left with the light off and just under $1,200 bill. Within 36 hours the lights were back on and I returned to the dealership, they said "Oh we hoped that our original fix would have done the job, we won't charge you the assessment fee since you were just here for this and then proceeded to call me back with an explanation that a part in my car was damaged and that was the problem and I spent an additional $1,175 to repair the car. The next morning the lights went back on and I called...and called...and called and left 3 messages this was on a Thursday. By Saturday I heard from no one and showed up at Boch and was told that there were super busy and wouldn't be able to look at my car before Monday but that I should be careful driving it. The exchange was less than pleasant and there seemed to be minimal concern about by 3rd trip to dealership within 10 days for the same repair. This time the estimate was for $2,400. Well I lost it and no one really wanted to hear it or address my concerns about how I felt scammed with constantly coming back and never getting a heads up as to how much the repairs could cost for my car. Interestingly I drove back to my old dealership on the cape and they found the problem and the fix was $400. They rip you off, they don't care and are only in this to make money and cheat people. I will never go back there again and advocate for people servicing, purchasing or leasing for an establishment that has integrity, honesty and pride in their work. More

My 2009 Toyota Venza drives and handles like a new car. Completely satisfied. The best part is my Service Representatives, Guy, found that some of the repairs were covered by Toyota due to a recall, approximately $1,000.00. More
