5K Service Service was done fast. I was told 1 hour and i5 was completed in 30minutes. It was the 5K service which I believe is tire rotation. Also, I appreciat Service was done fast. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I had to wait 10 minutes for a service manager to be available after driving in for my appointment at 1. More

Oil Change / Tire Rotation / Multi-point Inspection I've been coming to you folks to purchase and service my vehicles. I will be honest I come for service mainly because you are open after regular busin I've been coming to you folks to purchase and service my vehicles. I will be honest I come for service mainly because you are open after regular business and I will tell you why. Every time I leave I get your "Multi-Point" report card and after I check on a few things to see if it matches up with your report. My battery terminals have dirt/corrosion all over them and your report says it was checked ok. You rotated my tires and why is it every time your report has nothing written in under tire pressure. They never check tire pressure..ever..and why not? Service guy tells me how important it is to rotate tires, have correct air pressure etc. yet they never check. Basically ...I can't trust what your report states because I believe for the most part your service guys just check off "OK" on everything unless it jumps out at them. More
