Air Bag Recall and Appt I made an appt with Ernie Boch Toyota due to a recall of the passenger side air bag malfunctioning. I made the appt and the service dept told me the a I made an appt with Ernie Boch Toyota due to a recall of the passenger side air bag malfunctioning. I made the appt and the service dept told me the air bag parts were in and proceeded to make the appt. I dropped off my vehicle and within 30 minutes, I received a call from the service dept person stating that one of the parts was not in stock. When I picked up my car, I told the service desk lady to have the service manager call me. I left her my name and phone number. Over a full day later, I have still not received a call regarding this incident. Poor service! More

5K Service Service was done fast. I was told 1 hour and i5 was completed in 30minutes. It was the 5K service which I believe is tire rotation. Also, I appreciat Service was done fast.
