Can't get it right - front office woman is awful at CS Told car would be fixed in 2 hours. Waited 2 hours then got rental. Next morning should have been done. Car isn't ready until almost 2pm. Booked weeks ago so you overbooked and you should have planned ahead. Woman at CS desk AWFUL and Miserable and ZERO CS Skills. Doesn't greet you or help you. Why is she working there? Spoke to 3-4 different people Chris, Wilson, Carlos....over a 15 hour window. I understand people work different hours but c'mon how many people do i have to talk to or text to get information on my car. You took apart my dash and now my cup holder is jammed and doesn't work. BEYOND PISSED More
