Air Bag Recall I originally made an appt due to an air bag recall. Although I was told the parts were in and an appt was made and the car was brought in, I was calle I originally made an appt due to an air bag recall. Although I was told the parts were in and an appt was made and the car was brought in, I was called about 10 min later after dropping off my car that the parts were not all in and I would be contacted for an appt once the parts came in. I called about 3 weeks later and inquired about the parts and was told they were in. I made a new appt and the car was serviced in a timely fashion. More

Way to long of an appointment for a simple oil change Simple oil change 90 minutes completely unacceptable, went to find the guy I checked in with he looked up at me and say oh you need an air filter and Simple oil change 90 minutes completely unacceptable, went to find the guy I checked in with he looked up at me and say oh you need an air filter and a cabin filter which I told him I would do it myself , he forgot to come find me and ask if I wanted it done so I probably would have been there longer if I didn’t ask. I usually go to valvoline for oil changed but you guys were having a good sale price on synthetic. My time is to valuable I’ll be going back to valvoline for oil changes More
