Senior sales manager Lou went above and beyond to reach out to my husband and I after hearing our negative experience just days before. Although not able to honor the original lease quote, they did their best to beat the rates quoted to us by other nearby dealers. We appreciate the service and they even hand delivered the paperwork and vehicle. Thank you Boch Toyota for turning things around and making us happy and most importantly - regaining our trust. We feel much better about everything and are very happy w/our new Toyota Highlander XLE. Our 2 year old thinks it’s the best thing ever and we are just 3 weeks away from having our second - very excited to install the new baby seat and to have the additional room we need for our growing family. I will continue to recommend Boch Toyota now that all has been resolved. It’s clear after all that has transpired ... in the end they truly do care about their customers.
