I think it is unfair and not right (potentially illegal) to charge a surcharge of 3% for using a credit card. Fist in 5yrs that I’ve been charged a fee for using CC. Have been a customer since 2014, and this was my first suboptimal experience, so definitely not a bad track record. It needed a new AC compressor, and I was told there was a problem with the brake pads installed during my last visit, about 1000 miles ago. I picked up the car a day later, and the new compressor was installed perfectly, but nothing was done regarding the brakes. Invoice states they blew brake dust from the area, which did not accomplish anything. The initial conversation about the wrong pads having been installed was not revisited, which is concerning, and honestly a little scary. More
