Top notch service My overall experience was excellent from a service point of view as was my experience with Eric. The tire special was great but I thought the overall cost for the 50 K service check was excessive. I know these tire specials are quite popular but they shouldn’t be used as a loss leader to sell other services. That’s the impression I was left with. Of course, I could have just said no, but I did need the oil change, sticker and filters to be replaced as well as the alignment. The other stuff was expensive and I could have done without. By the time the problem with my shocks was presented, I had enough and did say no. More

Yves is a great customer support person I have always liked Boch, because it's a nice setting, clean, and efficient. Most of the staff is very honest, but the last few years I had some push I have always liked Boch, because it's a nice setting, clean, and efficient. Most of the staff is very honest, but the last few years I had some pushy people which I do not care for. I had Yves on April 7, and I had him in the past. He is very honest, very nice. It only took 30 minutes for my oil change. Yves drove the car up to the door to make it easy for my mother to get in, since she is handicap. He should be rewarded, because he is consistently, nice, very honest. I wish all your staff was like Yves. More
