Do not buy any preowned vehicle from these people. I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander last week and was told they would fix my trunk before they gave the sub to me. They did not fix it and they tried to say I have to pay $1,000 for them to fix it and that's suppose to be 50 percent off. They do not care and will sell you anything. This location should not be selling any cars. Also their service manage or assistant Chris is extremely rude. They never apologized once and told me they just sell as is suvs. As long as it passes safety they could care less. They were willing to trade me into a new suv and charge me more money like that's a deal. These people are just ridiculous. More

May 18, 2022: I worked with Service Director Carlos Rovira at Norwood Boch Toyota after Stanley Wong got my Toyota Yaris inspected for a problem with the air conditioning system not blowing cool air. I was shocked and frustrated at how much the repair would cost. I would not be able to meet the expense and was not looking forward to driving my car during the upcoming hot and humid summer without AC. Carlos Rovira gave me immediate attention. He was right on board with my problem, he never dismissed my comments, and he dealt with me directly and let me know he wanted to do for me whatever he could. He worked out a solution that was affordable for me, and he and Stanley Wong even offered me round trip transportation home while I waited for my AC to be serviced, which I did not take advantage of because the environment and customer lounge at Boch Toyota Norwood is excellent. I have been a loyal Boch Toyota customer for decades, having bought my last three cars there and servicing all of them there. I have had generally good experiences with them, but today's service appointm having bought my last three cars there and servicing all of them there. I have had generally good experiences with them, but today's service appointment led me to conclude that I need to find another place for service, at least for now. I hadn't been in since March 2020, and since then they've created a new Customer Waiting room upstairs. I appreciated that it is a big, bright room, and it was mostly empty when I was there... until two employees came in, unmasked, and proceeded to have a prolonged (I left after they were at it for 10 minutes), loud conversation in the room. I was masked, but I don't know their vaccination status and I didn't feel safe with them there, so I left the room. Downstairs, most people (as in, more than half) were unmasked, both customers and employees. When I saw that, I decided to wait outside, but the only place to sit was the "smoking area". I realize not everyone cares about the pandemic at this point, but for those that do, this is not the place to take your car for service if you're going to wait. I would have at least expected employees to demonstrate masking, especially if they are going to use the labeled "customer waiting room". The check-out/payment people were unmasked. My service person (Stanley) was masked and was great, but that was it. Boch could address some of this problem by putting many more seating options outside under cover (e.g. outside their front door where some demo cars are parked). And, if they are not going to require employees to be masked indoors, they will go without me for a customer. Hopefully, this is a temporary thing until the pandemic truly calms, but MA today had the highest number of covid cases since February. It's not over yet. More
