Suck service. No client satisfaction. I did purchase my vehicle in October 2018 , that was on a Saturday, on following Monday night I picked up the vehicle and I noticed that was a lot of I did purchase my vehicle in October 2018 , that was on a Saturday, on following Monday night I picked up the vehicle and I noticed that was a lot of water in the entire carpet , I told the salesman and he said was a shampoo in carpet and leave the Heat on that will solve the problem. Was raining all week return the vehicle and was a leak found and dealer said was fixed. Being dealing with this problem all year round, came back with same issue and got told not warranty and it my problem not theirs. GOOD luck with that. More

I asked for an inspection sticker while the car was being worked on and it was brought to my attention the registration had expired (3 months overdue) I asked for an inspection sticker while the car was being worked on and it was brought to my attention the registration had expired (3 months overdue)... Carlos recommended I renew by phone online and email him the confirmation... As soon as it was received, they were able to go forward with the inspection... This was great to complete both actions saving me a trip back and potentially money from driving with an expired registration! Thank you!! More
