The salesman was great The first sales manager ticked me off. I gave an offer and he came back with a higher price. I left right after that. I came back got a different sales manager and he was better. Also they only gave me one key and said it would be 300 dollars for another. After spending over 20000 dollars that was a slap in the face. I was expecting 2 keys. If some one asks me I would tell them be careful of the sales mangers and get everything before the sale. I am going to buy another within the next 2 years and have come to Boch for my last 5 cars but because of the key incident I will be checking other dealerships. Price matters but so does customer service. I really wanted a second key included!!!! More

I had suggested to someone in the dealership office that they put a sign out that they were out of cream but apparently no one followed up -at least not in the next hours 2 that I was there.
