Not too sure anymore Experience seemed great at first until a month later when the credit card I used to put the $5k deposit down on the car I purchased was fraudulently u Experience seemed great at first until a month later when the credit card I used to put the $5k deposit down on the car I purchased was fraudulently used at 3 liquor stores in Everett Ma & a pizza place in south shore totaling $1,300 without my knowing or permission. I don’t use this card only in emergencies. Purchasing the car was an emergency since my other car was totaled. I used this card since I didn’t bring the cash down pymt with me at the time. My card had a zero balance After paying off the $5k Within 2 wks of purchase. I then find out from my bank someone copied the number off that card front & back the bank said since the fraud purchase was manually punched in on 11/22/19. The only place I used this card at was the Toyota dealership. Sales guy took a while to bring back my card as well. I really feel that he took a picture of my card or the cashier and used it for their own pleasures. The bank is investigating the fraud charges. I wanted to wait till I found out more before doing this survey. I’m not sure about returning to this dealership due to the fraud charge reasons again because I don’t use that card and only did so at the dealership and then the card was used a month after the car purchase & it was not by me causing fraud charges on my account. I will be speaking with the higher up of the dealership so that they can investigate to see if this is something that this sales person or cashier has been doing without their knowing. Good to check cameras to see exactly what they did with my card after taking it from me. Salesperson told me he was the nephew of the GM of Toyota so this would definitely be a bad thing if indeed it was him or the cashier who swiped the card for the down payment. Something is not right about what happened to my card. I’m very protective when it comes to my credit cards or debit cards! Never had a fraud charge in my life until after I bought the car. More

Excellent Service I made an appointment the same day I was serviced. I was very impressed with how fast I could come in. Once I arrived the service advisor greeted me I made an appointment the same day I was serviced. I was very impressed with how fast I could come in. Once I arrived the service advisor greeted me and asked me my name he took over from there. I was hoping to be back on the road within 2 hours. He not only beat the time frame by an hour he also took care of a routine Maintance issue I was not even aware of. I am very pleased overall. Thank you Kyle and Everyone else at BOCH Toyota!!! More
