Great work, but, could be more aware of I went to Boxh for some diagnostic work on my vehicle after the air bag light was illuminated on my dash. They quickly determine after diagnostics that it only needed to be calibrated and I was not charged an extra fee for this. However, when I pulled into the garage, it took roughly 10 minutes before a service advisor assisted me. I was just sitting in the car waiting while I watched them work on their computers with no other customers in sight. This was pretty aggravating and lacked customer service. Otherwise, they do great work and Jack was extremely helpful! More

An hour and 20 minutes later I was told no updates were needed and what the cost of a replacement radio would cost and he walked away saying sarcastically “sorry!” There was no receipt given to me. Issued registration with incorrect vehicle identification When I attempted to have my new 2019 Highlander vehicle inspected I was informed the dealer had reported the wrong vehicle id number to the DMV. The information provided to my insurance agency and the finance documents were also incorrect causing a cascade of problems.The entire transaction had to be void and redone. I was driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle for 2 weeks unknown to me. The only refund I received was for $30.03. This makes no sense at all. On our bill of sale I prepaid for a registration sticker $35.00. Then I had too pay for it on my own. It was weeks of aggravation and stress. More

Service Advisor issue i Had to return to the service center for the same issue that was supposedly fixed within days after the fix. I told the service advisor that I was un i Had to return to the service center for the same issue that was supposedly fixed within days after the fix. I told the service advisor that I was unhappy that I was spending another visit, only to find out that I had made an appoint just to go and have them order the part that was broken in the first place and had to schedule yet. Third visit. That was not the major issue and I understand that sometimes they don’t figure it out the first time. However, the service advisor became so passive aggressive saying they tried and I should not be at all irritated. He over played how upset I even was, to the point that he actually just egged me in and made me far more upset by his passive aggressive behavior. I have visited this. Center many times without issue with any advisor and they are usually very competent and non confrontational. This advisor was anything but and I have requested not to deal with him again. More
