Over 2 1/2 hours for oil change. Manager never called back I often go to Boch Toyota to get routine maintenance. This time I scheduled an appointment but when I went there, they had no record of my scheduled a I often go to Boch Toyota to get routine maintenance. This time I scheduled an appointment but when I went there, they had no record of my scheduled appointment. They said it will take an hour to hour and a half. I waited over 2 1/2 hours! I asked to speak to the manager and have him give me a call. I have not heard back from the Manager. Unacceptable service. More
