Service I came in for my leased Rav4's 15 thousand mile service. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Process is Different The service I received wasn’t bad. The technician was pleasant. It was the process that I wasn’t particularly fond of. I use to just go to the service desk when my car was ready. The customer service rep would look up who had my car, and call the technician to come over to me and explain the services I had. Twice now I’ve gone in, and was sent straight to the technician. Now I’m having to find my technician and if they happen to be with someone, I just stand there and stare at them until they hopefully notice me or bother another technician who will just interrupt my technician’s conversation to let them know I’m waiting. It’s awkward and not very efficient, in my opinion. More

I was sold a used RAV4 with a plugged rear tire In June of this year, I purchased a used 2016 Toyota RAV4 from Boch Toyota in Norwood. I have bought several vehicles from the BOCH Honda dealership n In June of this year, I purchased a used 2016 Toyota RAV4 from Boch Toyota in Norwood. I have bought several vehicles from the BOCH Honda dealership next door and figured that the Toyota one would be just as reliable as they have been. However, the vehicle that I was sold by Mark Greenburg proved to have a very dangerous flaw in the rear passenger's side tire. My tire pressure gauge had been coming on intermittently (and had subsequently went undetected by their safety inspection prior to purchase). Once I took the vehicle to my personal mechanic on 12/6 he discovered that the rear passenger's side tire had been plugged prior to my purchase and was on the verge of blowing out at any time. He advised me to contact the dealership immediately as this is a major safety issue and they should offer some type of restitution or at least be made aware of the quality assurance error that was made by them. This is extremely concerning to me since I have a young family and could have possibly gotten into a very dangerous accident had this not been fixed. I attempted to contact them by phone on five different occasions and left three messages at the dealership to alert them to this terrible error they had made and no one called me back. This afternoon, I was finally able to get a customer service manager by the name of Ken on the phone regarding my concern with this negligence on 12/11. He responded by not offering any type of apology to me and seemed to minimize the error they had made in plugging the tire as "standard operating procedure" at their dealership. He had a discussion with the sales manager to see if they would be able to do anything for me to make up for this egregious error and later called me back to state they would not do anything to reimburse me or even give me any type of credit for a future service. I also purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle when I originally bought it back in June that they state would not cover this pre-existing issue. I am very upset with the negligence of Boch Toyota, their terrible follow-up and communication with me as well as them brushing aside my complaint seemingly stating that this "is a common occurrence". This should NEVER be a common occurrence and I believe management should be held accountable for this unacceptable mistake that caused me to almost have a tire blow out, possibly causing a fatal accident with my family in this vehicle. This represents terrible customer service and a major safety hazard. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau on 12/12/19 and your business has still not responded with any type of corrective action or reimbursement to me of the $468 I had to pay for the new rear tires. Again, this is extremely unacceptable to me and I will never buy a car from this dealership again. More
2nd visit related to moldings detaching 1st visited for 15k checkup asked to have molding checked. The molding came off next time I went through car wash. 50k checkup I had a Great experience with the Boch dealership. Dan was my rep and he took care of me from start to end. Hooked me up with a car for the day.
