The staff was polite, fast, skilled, efficient, and helpful! I came in for an oil change and was questioning if it was time to do the brakes. They checked everything, showed me the wear on my brakes. Was a good experience but as in past there will be some expensive repair to do. The one flagged last visit which I did not do did not come up this visit. Came in for a tire repair and service. Tire not in stock and requested to return the next day. I asked if the wheel needed to be replaced and was told no. I checked when I got home and the wheel has a big h and requested to return the next day. I asked if the wheel needed to be replaced and was told no. I checked when I got home and the wheel has a big hole in it. Would have taken another trip to get fixed. Went to Wellesley Toyota. Much better service. Fixed in one day. More
