Did not honnor their "We Owe You" We purchased a certified pre-owned Sienna at Boch Toyota. We love the vehicle, but they asked for full payment up front and gave us a "We Owe You" statement for a couple of items. However, they didn't do the work. I agreed to alternative arrangements and they didn't do that. Today they still owe us money and do not respond to my messages. Avoid this one! More

We were shopping for a used Forester. Made an appointment online. Arrived on Saturday morning, were greeted and assigned a sales personally right away. The deal went through smoothly. We were allowed to have online. Arrived on Saturday morning, were greeted and assigned a sales personally right away. The deal went through smoothly. We were allowed to have an extended test drive of the car. Paperwork did not take much time. The only sour note left was that the sales person seemed to loose interest for us as soon as we signed the papers. He promised to call us on Monday to confirm the status. Did not do it. I had to call him to find out that they are still waiting for paperwork from our insurance. On Tuesday I had to call him again just to learn that he was on an off-site training in the morning. Once I found him, he confirmed that the car was ready to pick up after 5 pm. I told him I will be in the dealership after 7 pm and he accepted it. However, soon after he texted me asking to come at 6 which I could not make and rescheduled for the same time on Wednesday. Obviously on Wednesday at 7 pm we wasn't at the dealership either. At that time he had "an emergency" and had to leave without telling us. We assigned a different person who pulled the car for us and handed over the documents and keys. More
The dealership is good, but the price is high. Just something sample, like a front light bulb replacement , you want $135 a hr. Great service. I brought my wife’s car in to repair and replace the passenger side mirror. The dealership ordered the part on Monday and i got a call on Wednesday saying that the part was in.
