Did everything virtually. Went in and all went smoothly - no surprises. My only issue was paying for a sticker at closing and a sticker was not possible. They will reimburse me once i get a sticker, but it no surprises. My only issue was paying for a sticker at closing and a sticker was not possible. I m not happy with the sales department, they take advantage of people. My husband went to Toyota in Braintree and purchase a new car and they were way more reasonable with the price.
