Went to browse for a new car and I left with the perfect one. Chase was absolutely incredible from the start and very helpful. Such an easy process, not stressful at all. He got me the best deal on my trade one. Chase was absolutely incredible from the start and very helpful. Such an easy process, not stressful at all. I worked with Chase Calef on helping me find exactly what I was looking for in my Tacoma search which was extremely tough given the current climate in the auto industry. Have you been harassed by Eric Yngve, he turned our car shopping experience at Boch from good to horrible after spending a hour at the dealer on 11/202/21. Our daughter bought a car from this same dealer a shopping experience at Boch from good to horrible after spending a hour at the dealer on 11/202/21. Our daughter bought a car from this same dealer a year ago and was totaled when a huge tree fell on her car while driving. She is lucky to be alive. John, the sales representative, delivered the best customer service one can ask for, professional, respectful and knowledgeable, he guided us from looking for a new car which is not available to order one. We are about to sign the purchase and Eric was brought to answer a question. We were told by Eric that every dealer charges market adjustment fee and $2,000 is lowest around. However, if we brought him cookies made "with love", maybe he can help us. He also rudely stopped us when telling him the reason why our car was totaled, in his words 'you told me already, your car is totaled, trees fell down everywhere, fell down on my car too... What a bazar experience in matter a a couple of minutes, condescending, sexiest, misogynistic, and inappropriate, in front of customers and his employees. Every organization is as strong as the weakest link, Eric is the bad link for this dealer. We just felt bad that John, out sales man, will miss this sale because of his unprofessional manager. More
I have been a loyal Boch Toyota customer for decades, having bought my last three cars there and servicing all of them there. I have had generally good experiences with them, but today's service appointm having bought my last three cars there and servicing all of them there. I have had generally good experiences with them, but today's service appointment led me to conclude that I need to find another place for service, at least for now. I hadn't been in since March 2020, and since then they've created a new Customer Waiting room upstairs. I appreciated that it is a big, bright room, and it was mostly empty when I was there... until two employees came in, unmasked, and proceeded to have a prolonged (I left after they were at it for 10 minutes), loud conversation in the room. I was masked, but I don't know their vaccination status and I didn't feel safe with them there, so I left the room. Downstairs, most people (as in, more than half) were unmasked, both customers and employees. When I saw that, I decided to wait outside, but the only place to sit was the "smoking area". I realize not everyone cares about the pandemic at this point, but for those that do, this is not the place to take your car for service if you're going to wait. I would have at least expected employees to demonstrate masking, especially if they are going to use the labeled "customer waiting room". The check-out/payment people were unmasked. My service person (Stanley) was masked and was great, but that was it. Boch could address some of this problem by putting many more seating options outside under cover (e.g. outside their front door where some demo cars are parked). And, if they are not going to require employees to be masked indoors, they will go without me for a customer. Hopefully, this is a temporary thing until the pandemic truly calms, but MA today had the highest number of covid cases since February. It's not over yet. More

Boch is a big volume dealer, customer service not their strong suit. We went in looking for a specific make/model/year/mileage CPO. We had pre-approved financing from USAA at 2.79%, our credit is very goo strong suit. We went in looking for a specific make/model/year/mileage CPO. We had pre-approved financing from USAA at 2.79%, our credit is very good. They literally sold 2 cars we were interested in while we were there, that’s OK, it’s a crazy market right now. BUT when we sat down to talk about a car we had some interest in they came back with the old fashioned “let me check with my manager” routine. Ok fine, this is 2021 we can skip this step but whatever. The kicker was the 7.5% interest rate….ummmm NOPE. I had not revealed my USAA option yet but when I pushed back on the rate the sales person told me they do not accept outside financing. (this is common with dealerships in MA that discount the car and make way more on forcing you to use their marked up rate. That 7.5% was likely around 4 or less but they get the whole difference between the big rate and the sell rate (google it to understand). When I said no thanks, we will use USAA the sales manager put on his dog and pony show about how he doesn’t accept outside financing and that’s how they can sell cars so cheaply. Your not selling cars cheaply if I am paying an extra 4% over 60 months! But they count on you not knowing that and them getting the thousands and thousands of dollars in extra interest the bank will kick back to them. The cars price WILL be higher if you pay cash or finance outside. The finance manager said he would consider USAA because of the military affiliation but it doesn’t interest me to do business with them. We walked away, no sweat off our back. If your not a person with great credit or you don’t mind paying way more in the long run, they have good inventory. If you don’t want to be forced into a significantly higher interest rate, find another dealer. More
Terrible experience. Was invited to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, which I liked and then went ahead and purchased. but only after putting down a deposit and filling the paperwork was I informed th pre-owned vehicle, which I liked and then went ahead and purchased. but only after putting down a deposit and filling the paperwork was I informed that they didn't have the title and didn't know when they would get it! Was then offered to consider another (more expensive) vehicle, and the same story happened all over again: opted to buy it and was then told that they don't have the title. A week has passed and they have not yet refunded the deposit or made the vehicles available for purchase. Overall awful encounter with downright dishonesty, bordering on fraud. Be extra careful when buying from this dealership! More
Some of the Internet Team are good but some of them are not. Need to call several times, talked to different people before they emailed the quote. Finance Department never responded. They tricked you to b not. Need to call several times, talked to different people before they emailed the quote. Finance Department never responded. They tricked you to buy unnecessary additional coverage. Did not explain the paperwork before convincing customer to sign. Customer service is very poor. The after sales services is bad. The only star is given because the price is still acceptable, but not the best deal after price comparisons. More
