I bought my new Toyota from Boch last week. That will be my final Boch perchase ever. Sales personnel would not talk with me nor even stay seated with me. They said the car was ready to test drive and I got my final Boch perchase ever. Sales personnel would not talk with me nor even stay seated with me. They said the car was ready to test drive and I got there and the car was not there. It was at their other dealership lot. So I waited an hour and they ignored me. Then they were not friendly at all during the buying process. The sales person was clueless, and the sales manager was talking loud from his desk about the pricing and he had a severe attitude. I have purchased many many new cars but this takes the cake. Then they never explained about the technology or the connecticity services in the car. I asked but nothingn was stated. The rebate was never explained to me, and it’s been a week and the sales person still had not contacted me back from my three calls and emails with answers to my question. Totally unprofessional. I only went to Boch because this particular model was available and other dealers were out of stock and the price was close to my needs. Normally I shop Herb Chambers where I have always been treated professionally. I will never purchase from Boch again. More

My experience with Kevin DaSilvia was EXCELLENT. Kevin was extremely professional and very kind. I did not have an appointment and although the dealership was busy they still took me in with open arms. I was extremely professional and very kind. When I first arrived for my 8:15am appointment I only wanted a synthetic oil change for my toyota I bought from Boch. I chose an early appointment because I had another appointment at 10:30am that I need wanted a synthetic oil change for my toyota I bought from Boch. I chose an early appointment because I had another appointment at 10:30am that I needed to get to. I found an online coupon for $44 synthetic oil change. I arrived and asked the attendant before he took my car if the coupon was still valid and he said yes. I waited for my car to be done, after 30 minutes I received a phone call from him stating that I had a recall on my airbags, I asked him how long that would take and he stated “only 25 minutes”. I agreed since I still had an hour and a half before my next appointment. After 2 hours of waiting I finally received a phone call but instead of him telling me my car was ready he told me I needed new spark plugs installed. I told him I needed to leave for another appointment and that I’d get my spark plugs at another time. I asked him how much longer it would be, he told me “another 15 more minutes, they’re finishing up with your airbags and I need to get your paperwork together.” After another 45 minutes I finally saw my car pull out of the garage, I went in to get my keys to leave because I was already late for my appointment. He was busy talking to another customer. Finally he printed my paperwork after 5 minutes and he brought it up so I could pay and leave. The woman at the cash register then asked me for $75 for my oil change. I told her I’m only paying for the $44 promo oil change, she said I’d have to pay $75 or to show her the coupon with a very rude tone. I showed her the coupon on the Boch website and she said he needed to print out new paperwork. After another 5 minutes I was finally able to pay and leave. I missed my appointment after waiting 2 and a half hours. I felt they were trying to up-charge me on my oil change even after telling them about the $44 oil change deal. They also left a plastic seat cover over my drivers seat- it’s great to know they’re trying to prevent the spread of COVID, but by leaving a used dirty plastic seat cover on my seat for me to come in contact with put me at risk. I will never come here again for anything that I need for my car, I also won’t be buying a car from Boch Toyota if this is how they treat their customers. I recommended Boch to my fiancé who also bought his Toyota from Boch, I won’t be recommending them anymore. More
