Did not like how the sales manager tried to be sneaky when it came to negotiating the final price. The hand sanitizer stations where empty and when I wanted water I had to pay for it. I went to have my car check on the light where it said awd system malfunction. My car is still under warranty with 2 years extension but still got charged $137, yes one hundred thirty seven just to diagno awd system malfunction. Not happy. 4-1/2 hour wait for an oil change & tire rotation/balancing. I think they forgot about me. After checking with me (and I think realizing the error) my car was suddenly ready. The car continu rotation/balancing. I think they forgot about me. After checking with me (and I think realizing the error) my car was suddenly ready. The car continued to pull to the right. I doubt the work was ever done. I complained. Someone reached and out and asked what they could do. I asked to have the work done again or a refund ($226.00). Never heard back. Done with Boch Toyota.
