Salesman I dealt with was very friendly, very receptive, very willing to work with me on price of car and trade in. Brief interaction with service department demonstrated competence and observant nature of crew there. Decent place to buy a car, however if you feel you're being low balled on a trade-in value you probably are. More
Should have read this page before I went. Then I wouldn't of wasted my time. It appears that this place loves ripping people off. They tried to rip me off but I told them to stick it. May 18, 2022: I worked with Service Director Carlos Rovira at Norwood Boch Toyota after Stanley Wong got my Toyota Yaris inspected for a problem with the air conditioning system not blowing cool air. I was shocked and frustrated at how much the repair would cost. I would not be able to meet the expense and was not looking forward to driving my car during the upcoming hot and humid summer without AC. Carlos Rovira gave me immediate attention. He was right on board with my problem, he never dismissed my comments, and he dealt with me directly and let me know he wanted to do for me whatever he could. He worked out a solution that was affordable for me, and he and Stanley Wong even offered me round trip transportation home while I waited for my AC to be serviced, which I did not take advantage of because the environment and customer lounge at Boch Toyota Norwood is excellent. I recently purchased a car at Boch Toyota. Rick Malabre was my sales associate. I found Rick to be a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Toyotas and, after the purchase, Rick Malabre was my sales associate. I found Rick to be a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Toyotas and, after the purchase, was generous with his time orienting me with the numerous features of the RAV. He encouraged me to call, or text with any questions I might have. I really appreciated his coordination of the installation of my remote start with the receipt of my new registration and sticker so that I had to return only once. I have always found looking for a new car somewhat stressful and Rick put me at ease from the start. I would say that if you are interested in a Toyota, head to Boch and ask for Rick Malabre! More
Alex was great; what killed the deal - they’re charging 6% over MSRP. As a nurse, maybe I should charge extra for the IVs I start and the chest compressions I have to do. He listened and offered some suggestions, however made the entire experience a smooth transaction and extremely happy with my New SUV purchase. He had so much patience sitting in the car and showing all the electronic gadgets that were bit overwhelming as to their functionality.
