I recently bought a new car from Boch. When I went in for my first service, I was kept waiting for over 2 hours while people who came in after me were serviced. I was charged for work that I found out was not done. I asked for a refund and was told that I would receive a check which still has not come. I had the work done at another Toyota dealership. I had a couple questionable experiences with the service department at Boch Toyota in Norwood, and I was giving them one last chance this month. Long story short, while I was out shopping the service rep department at Boch Toyota in Norwood, and I was giving them one last chance this month. Long story short, while I was out shopping the service rep called me suggesting that I have more work done to my car. He quoted prices that I found reasonable and decided to have the work done (brake pad replacements and wheel realignment). When I showed up to pick up my car, they were charging me almost $200 more than I had authorized (I believe that he failed to quote me the labor charges). After two days of phone calls back and forth with service rep and service manager, they refused to believe me that the service rep had quoted the incorrect price. No attempts were made to rectify the situation. I will not service my car at that location again, or buy a new car from them in the future. More
Overall, Boch Toyota seems to be a very big player, and because of its size, it's very professional and it feels more reliable and trustworthy. A lot of people go to that dealership, and if you show up on because of its size, it's very professional and it feels more reliable and trustworthy. I ended up buying a Camry from Boch, and my salesperson was Charles Lee. Charles has been very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He definitely shows a lot of ethusiam and good work ethics. He takes a lot of ownership, and will guide you from the beginning to the end, making himself the point-of-contact for everything. So a customer would not feel lost or ignored like in some other dealerships. The pricing on my car is great too. I believe a big dealership has lots of business flow, so they can afford giving out better prices. Overall, I would recommend this dealership, and doing business with Charles Lee has been pleasant. I have had an ongoing problem which has cause me to continue to bring my car back because no one can tell me whats going on, or i'm just told well maybe it's this. I was told by a previous service manager not to speak to the service advisors, because they are not knowledgeable...which now questions should i even bring my car to be serviced here. I was just in Boch on 8/15/06 service advisor mike altieri was very unprofessional. I have emailed Ernie Boch, Jr. never received an email back. The whole experience has taught me a valuable lesson that the quality of work is nothing if the customer service sucks! More
Sales people were pushy, communicated poorly and were unable to answer specific questions regarding financing of a specific car. At one point they didn't have keys for a certain car. They also wouldn't give us specific price on a particular car. After miscommunication about final price, salesperson became angry and was very disrespectful. I came to this dealership ready and willing to buy a car but after this experience I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you're looking for friendly, helpful, competent salespeople this isn't the place to go. More
When I went to Boch Toyota to buy a Prius, it took a long time before I was helped. One of the salesmen said he was going to be back in 10 minutes, and I never saw him again! Then another gentleman came, and he was not useful at all. My friend and I finally gave up and we left this unfriendly place. Another friend of mine actually did buy a new RAV4 here. The radio was broken, and she had to return three time to get it fixed right! And the service response to her situation was just outright rude. If you're dazzled by the Boch advertising and go to this dealership, we wish you luck. More
Charles Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in (07 Camry Hybrid), and definitely let me get a good test drive in. He was very friendly, and maybe a bit too enthusiastic about Toyota as a brand. It didn't bother me though. Some people might not be used to his Singaporean accent. The bottom line is price though. Charles was definitely intent on making a sale, but he could not convince the sales managers to let the car go at the price I wanted - 26,000. After much negotiation with Ira Toyota in Danvers, I got it for just a hair under that. Charles followed up with me, and told me that they could not let it go for that price. While I thought the sales experience was pleasant, don't go to Boch without checking out other dealers for lower prices. More
These people at boch, boched everything up from selling me the car to boching up the final numbers. They charged me for 1500 worth of crap I never asked for. Sneaking, and if you do buy something from them make sure you get all the customer service before you leave because that's the last time you'll here from them. More

It's supposed to be good until 60,000 miles on a Toyota!), and still, nobody wants to deal with us again. This is not what we would expect from a car only purchased 1 1/2 months ago ... the customer does NOT come first at Boch. More
I bought my first car (Toyota Sienna) from Stacy Dominguez back in July and I was so pleased with his professionalism and easy going personality that I just my parents in to buy a new Camry from Sta Dominguez back in July and I was so pleased with his professionalism and easy going personality that I just my parents in to buy a new Camry from Stacy. He takes the time to listen to what you are looking for, doesn't push you into anything, and follows up when I leave him a voice message. Excellent Customer Service. My parents were as happy with the whole car buying experience as I was, and I will definitely be going back to see Stacy when we need to replace my wife's Camry this summer. More
