Charles Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in (07 Camry Hybrid), and definitely let me get a good test drive in. Charles was definitely intent on making a sale, but he could not convince the sales managers to let the car go at the price I wanted - 26,000. After much negotiation with Ira Toyota in Danvers, I got it for just a hair under that. Charles followed up with me, and told me that they could not let it go for that price. While I thought the sales experience was pleasant, don't go to Boch without checking out other dealers for lower prices. More
These people at boch, boched everything up from selling me the car to boching up the final numbers. They charged me for 1500 worth of crap I never asked for. Sneaking, and if you do buy something from them make sure you get all the customer service before you leave because that's the last time you'll here from them. More

It's supposed to be good until 60,000 miles on a Toyota!), and still, nobody wants to deal with us again. This is not what we would expect from a car only purchased 1 1/2 months ago ... the customer does NOT come first at Boch. More

He takes the time to listen to what you are looking for, doesn't push you into anything, and follows up when I leave him a voice message. Excellent Customer Service. My parents were as happy with the whole car buying experience as I was, and I will definitely be going back to see Stacy when we need to replace my wife's Camry this summer. More
We went to look at a 2005 Toyota Tacoma, we were shown a 2006 and told by the above sales guy that Toyota wasn't making them, but he might be able to do something for us. We were very clear on what we wanted and what we DIDN'T want. He showed us a 2006 TT loaded!!! We went along with his game, and he left us alone. Mind you we did our homework, consumer bureau.com, buying a car for dummies, etc. We made Krishna wait for maybe 45 minutes while we discussed our options, we wrote down what are price was and he looked at the paper, pushed it away and said "no way", stood up and shook our hand. We were dismissed!!!! We proceeded on. Personally I was insulted that we were treated like that. We went to Copeland Toyota, in Brockton, and got the same exact truck that Boch was trying to sell us for $3K less!!!! The sales guy at Copeland is Paul, go see him and tell him that Damon and Paula sent you!!!! A week later Bill Baker from Boch Toyota called and said that he was very surprised to hear that Krishna dismissed us, because he's been their top guy. Bill proceeded to explain that when the consumer comes into the dealership with knowledge, it makes the sales person's job very difficult!!! LOL..LOL..What a joke Boch Toyota is, take my word and go see Paul at Copeland Toyota, you wont regret it. More
Run as fast as you can FROM this dealership. They are unprofessional, rude, sneaky, lying and underhanded. Yeah, and once you get down there, make sure your back doesn't hurt because you'll be doing plenty of bending over. WORST dealership I've ever been to. More

I had done tons of research so i knew what the numbers should be near. Overall bad dealership to buy a car. However the service area seemed clean. Woburn or Herb Chambers are better choices to buy from. <br>Good luck More
