placed a deposit on a used sienna van on sat. went back sunday to finish paperwork , which was not ready. sales manager ok'd wednesday to meet with finance . called finance on tues. to check on status of l sunday to finish paperwork , which was not ready. sales manager ok'd wednesday to meet with finance . called finance on tues. to check on status of loan , my call was not returned . wed went back for scheduled meeting with finance , rate was higher than my credit union. i then stated i would go with my credit union instead for the loan. finance told me i would have to get the nada and payoff amount myself to finish loan, after 9 phone calls i was given the wrong vin # twice by the boch management on thursday afternoon. finance again did not return my message until friday, which i did not receive until after business hours. called dealer again on monday to try and get the vin # and was informed dealer canceled sale ,dealer reason : pickup was not within 72 hours of purchase. which the loan would have had to been finished in order to pickup in addition to which they ok'd the wednesday meeting with finance , no deadline was given to me at this time. the sale slip was also for a kia sedona which i pointed out was not correct , and which a copy was not given to mev.there was no vin # on this either. lot's more to this , beginning with the bait and switch pulled 3 times . it ended with being given the wrong phone number twice for ernie boch when i stated i wanted to voice my complaint. this dealership is by far the worst i have ever dealt with. I just bought a Camry Hybrid from Boch in Norwood. I had bought my old Corolla from them serveral years ago and against what I read on this dealer rating site, I went back. I had Kristen Deblasio as my sal bought my old Corolla from them serveral years ago and against what I read on this dealer rating site, I went back. I had Kristen Deblasio as my salesperson and found the whole experience to be positive. I found the car in the color I wanted along with all the features I wanted. There was none of this "back and forth" with the manager - just one counter offer by me which was accepted. Because the manager did not think he could match my interest rate from my bank, he offered to reduce the price even further to offset the difference in rates. I feel I got price, especially where my neighbor purchased the same exact Hybrid from a different dealer three weeks before me at several thousand more than I paid. The only down side to the experience was the big push for the extended warranty. After explaining I was not interested for the third time, the rep became pissy and finished up my paper work. Overall my experience was positive. More
Dealer was very nice to us when we bought our Corolla. Car was well priced and wasn't too much haggling involved. The kindness ends there. Boch's customer service was horrid. Calling the dealership was Car was well priced and wasn't too much haggling involved. The kindness ends there. Boch's customer service was horrid. Calling the dealership was impossible and getting even a basic appointment set up took an act of congress. I once brought the car in for a minor warranty issue (a coin unknowingly fell in between an oversized gap under the seat) the techs took four hours to look at the problem and then made fun of my wife and I for 'throwing our money away' (so, so funny.) We were charged an $160 for a five minute repair and the desk people even started making fun of us for something I later learned was a warrantable service issue. It was a bit silly but demeaning customers explain exactly why this dealership has about the lowest rating on this website anywhere in the country. I never returned to this dealership and told others not to do so either. More
I would recomend this dealershipfor sales and service but when it came time to see the business manager they really gave me a hard time because I did not want the extended warrenty I almost got up and left t when it came time to see the business manager they really gave me a hard time because I did not want the extended warrenty I almost got up and left then his boss came in and tried to sell one to me by this time I was so pissed my mother couldn't have sold me one there has to be some good money for them in these warrenties. I brought the truck back for service and was treated like a king so I recomend sales and service but the business office should follow in their footsteps More
Boch toyota is the worst experience I have ever been through in my life. All they do is lie and preasure you. I cant understand why anyone would even consider even buying parts at this store never mind b through in my life. All they do is lie and preasure you. I cant understand why anyone would even consider even buying parts at this store never mind buying a car. They do have a large inventory of cars but they also have a large inventory of xxxx bags. If you are thinking of going to Boch Toyota DONT. I left Boch and went to COPELAND TOYOTA and couldnt be more happy. They were strait forward, honest, and friendly. More
My experience with the Boch Toyota in Norwood unfortunately warranted the “used car salesmen” stereotype…from the bait and switch that got me in the door, to the bullying negotiation tactics, to unfortunately warranted the “used car salesmen” stereotype…from the bait and switch that got me in the door, to the bullying negotiation tactics, to the bold faced deception about the damage to my vehicle. As a consumer, who invested thousands of hard earned dollars, I expected to walk off the lot excited and comforted by the fact that I would be in good hands moving forward. Instead, I left your dealership frustrated to tears, with a damaged vehicle and a feeling of total manipulation. More

I have been looking for a Tacoma for quite some time. I am not in any rush, so I finally see exactly what I am looking for. A Tacoma crew cab is listed on Ernie Boch's Toyota pre-owned page. I cal am not in any rush, so I finally see exactly what I am looking for. A Tacoma crew cab is listed on Ernie Boch's Toyota pre-owned page. I call the dealership because I live in Worcester. I had them verify that they still have it. The sales rep Jewel tells me they do. I ask for the vin so I can run a carfax report. He gives it to me and I ask him to verify the asking price. He says 20,600 which is what the website says. Great! I "head on down" like Ernie says. I walk in and they ask Kushna to help me. I tell him what I am looking for, and we head right on out. No song and dance from him yet. He doesnt ask if I owe anything on my current car, just if I was going to trade. He hands me the keys for a test drive, and asks if I want them to get a trade in value. I say ok. I get in the truck, and its basically been cleaned. The seats have some staining, so I figure they havent had a chance to really detail it. I notice the check engine light comes on and stays on (no blinking) the whole time. I take it out and pull over, I rummage around, all the previous owners stuff is in the storage compartments. The bed smells like manure, and has a bunch of clothes in it. Whatever. When I get back, I am basically still interested. I tell Kushna that it should be cleaned and that the engine light is on. He tells me it just got brought in (ok that explains the mess) and that the engine light just means it needs an oil change. Whatever dude, its not blinking (which is what a tacoma does when it needs an oil change). He hasnt thoroughly pissed me off yet, so we sit down. He tells me what they offer for the trade, ok. Then he says they are selling the truck for a little over 25K. I tell him the website and Jewel quoted 20,600. He says they were wrong. Total bait and switch scam!!!! I have heard a lot of people say that Boch did right by them. That may be true, maybe I am in the minority. I would never recoment them. If you get Kushna for a sales rep, ask for someone else. Rather than tell you he doesnt know something, he just makes it up. Total BS. More
High pressure, sleezy , bad experience. Went into purchase 2007 Caremy advertized in newspaper. After salesman did the 3 trips to the manager thing and the manager finally came over price was still v purchase 2007 Caremy advertized in newspaper. After salesman did the 3 trips to the manager thing and the manager finally came over price was still very high and nowhere near advertised price. Over the next week salesman called our home twice. Price never moved. Used this site to get internet quotes from two other dealers. Both significantly below Boch. Purchesed car from one of the internet quote dealers. More
