they do have the best prices, but you have to go in with a game plan to stay out of their traps. they will try anything and everything to get you to pay more. we turned the tables on them and did every car a game plan to stay out of their traps. they will try anything and everything to get you to pay more. we turned the tables on them and did every car sales trick back on them and they weren't happy. we got the car for the price we wanted to pay and they got some of their own medicine. judging from these comments, it didn't change their way of doing business, but we got a good deal. if you can't play at their level of the game, which is extreme, you must go elsewhere. Boch Toyota gave us a good price on a 2009 Rav4 however I would pay more to go somewhere else. I wanted to take the night to discuss the offer with my husband and come back the next morning. By the time my would pay more to go somewhere else. I wanted to take the night to discuss the offer with my husband and come back the next morning. By the time my husband got to see the car it was late and we hadn't eaten dinner so I just wanted to get out of there discuss the purchase and come back the next morning. They were so pushy and wouldn't let us come back the next day. We asked for the keys back to the car that we were trading in and they joked about throwing our keys on the roof...not a very funny joke. So the sales guy asked the manager to come over and talk us into the deal but I refused to buy a car without taking a night to think about it. I told them I would see them tomorrow and asked for the keys of my trade in. It was a simple as them handing me the keys but other "Managers" would come over and try to get us to sit down again. Finally the finance guy came over and tried to take us into his office. I had just told them we would meet with the finance guy in the morning that I wasn't willing to do the paperwork that night. The finance guy says so you didn't just buy this car because that is the impression I was under. Unbelievable...we did not sign anything and NO we had not agreed on that car. We started putting up a stink in front of other customers about getting our keys back before they finally gave them back to us. They were complete jerks. We would have been back in the morning, instead we decided on a Subaru and never went back. That is the second bad experience I had at Boch. I will never go back to one of his dealerships. More

I have bought at least 15 cars to date and this is perhaps the worst buying experience I have ever had. This dealership is blatantly trying to fleece the next sucker. My wife placed a bid for a sp perhaps the worst buying experience I have ever had. This dealership is blatantly trying to fleece the next sucker. My wife placed a bid for a specific Camry Sloara (new) online. Mid-next morning she received an e-mail saying that her offer was accepted. She contacted the salesman later that morning and placed a deposit at their insistence. We were also told the car must be paid for within 48 hours so I drove down that afternoon. On the way I received a call from my wife saying that they had supposedly made a "mistake" and that they would now not honor the deal. You and I would consider the deal done with a deposit - not Ernie Boch, Jr. I went to the dealer and had the claim repeated. (The dealership has blaring rock music as part of their psychological game.) In any case, the "Sales Manager", Michael said they wanted to make a deal and I offered to bring my wife's car in the next day. While we hadn't planned on a trade-in, they claimed they could make up the difference there. Her car is a Honda with a Kelly Blue Book trade-in value of $17k. After making me wait for another hour the next day he offered me $11,000 and then eventually $12,000. He claimed they were selling the same exact car at their Honda dealership next door for $14,000.(In reality they were selling it with a "dealer cost" of $19,100. I haven't seen used cars with "dealer costs" before but you can be certain their dealer cost isn't even close to what they paid.) I ENDED UP BUYING THE SAME CAR WITH MORE OPTIONS FOR $4500.00 LESS THAN THEIR VERY BEST OFFER. I bought the car for less than the impossible mistake number and I got thousands more on the trade-in. Under no circumstances would I buy a car from this dealer. If their sales department is this dishonest, you can imagine the service is another rip-off. More
After buying numerous cars throughout the years from different dealerships and different makes, I found my experience at Boch Toyota to very pleasant. Hoping for better deals I did wait until Presidents different dealerships and different makes, I found my experience at Boch Toyota to very pleasant. Hoping for better deals I did wait until Presidents Day weekend to purchase my new truck. That was the only mistake I made. I knew as soon as I pulled into the parking lot it was a VERY BUSY store due to the fact I did have to drive thru their parking area twice to find a spot. Upon entering the sales room, I was immediately greeted at their front desk with a warm welcome. I was told an available sales associate would be right with me. No more than 2 minutes later, I again got a warm welcome from JD. He told me to come in and sit down, we would review what I'm looking for, and he would then get the vehicle. As I had already heard other sales associates inform their customers as well,JD explained to me that with over 700 vehicles on the lot it may take a few minutes to locate the vehicle and possibly have to move a few cars to get it out. He offered to get me a coffee or water while I waited which I thought was great. Other dealerships tell you where the vending machines are and leave it up to you. JD walked over to "Ernies" with me,got my coffee, and then let me know he was going to get the car and would be back as soon as possible. It did take almost 20 minutes for him to get the truck I was looking for and had he not explained it may take some time, I probably would have been been upset. While waiting, I heard the horns and bell ringing, people clapping etc, I didn't think it was "obnoxious" as I've read here. Everyone loves when they have a new car!! I'd bet the first thing others that complained about the bell ringing etc did, was TO TELL ALL THEIR FRIENDS AND ANNOUNCE TO AS MANY PEOPLE THEY COULD THEY GOT A NEW CAR! Why is it so bad for Boch to do that in the showroom? I was looking forward to that being done for me. JD and I finally did our test drive, he explained that he was new and that if there was a question about the vehicle he couldn't answer on the test drive,he would get the answer for me when we got back. ALL my questions were answered. We got back from the test drive,AND AGAIN I was told it's very busy here and it may take a little longer to work the deal due to so many customers and the sales desk was very busy. Negotiating was the easiest it's ever been for me! JD told me Boch usually isn't beat on price and due to the high volume Boch does, they try and keep it as easy as possible so they can make a deal and assist another customer as soon as possible. I was listening to the people in the next desk negotiating their deal, even after the sales associate informed them they were already under dealer invoice, they still wanted more!!! I think people who complain here probably make it miserable for themselves!! It's a very busy store,go in there KNOWING that, and willing to accept it will take a little bit of your time, and you'll have as great of an experience as mine. JD went to the sales desk once with my offer. He came back approxiamately 10 minutes later with another salesman. Turned out to be his sales manager Bill Seiffert. Bill explained to me that my offer was below dealer cost and that he'd make the deal with me right then at invoice minus the rebates. HOW HARD IS THAT? He showed me the invoice on paper from toyota, asked IF he could make a little profit and we could make the deal. I shopped 3 other dealers(Braintree,Brockton, and another 1 on rt.1 VERY close to Boch). I informed all of them I would be going to all 4,and whoever treated me the best would, would get my business. One of the first things they all did was talk about how bad my experience would be at Boch probably hoping to prevent me from going! 1 dealership even brought up this website and went right to Boch. Aside from having to wait a little over an hour for finance,(which did a great job as well!! Thanks!!),my overall experience was great. All I can say is people who complain here, USE YOUR HEAD!!! If you go to buy a car and the showroom is full of people, and they're ringing bells and blowing horns left and right because they're making sales, don't expect to get right in and right out. We've all bought cars before,it's not something that takes 30 minutes!!! For the amount of customers and sales they were doing on probably the busiest time of year to buy a car, I think they did a great job. The experience here was great, staff friendly, and I WILL recommend them to everyone I talk to. Thank You again Boch,JD, and Bill. Unlike most who complain,I'LL GLADLY PUT MY NAME AFTER MY COMMENTS. I was immediately turned off by the dealership when I walked through the doors. It was like an amusement park. People running around, horns and annoucements and clapping when a car was sold.....very obno walked through the doors. It was like an amusement park. People running around, horns and annoucements and clapping when a car was sold.....very obnoxious. I found the car I liked online, called for the VIN # so that I could run an auto history. I got the sales reps name and asked for him upon arrival. The customer service girl was able to pull up the car we were interested in and turned us over to Krishna. Krishna had a hard time finding the car and started to ask us what we wanted (Highlander, V6,4x4). We had to tell him that we were intersted in looking at that particular car. After he found the car we asked if it was previously a rental or part of a fleet. He said he didn't know. We had to ask him to find out while we were out for the test drive. The car was horrible scratched and we knew it was a previous rental by the "please refill the gas used" sticker on the dash. When we returned from the test drive we found Krishna and told him that we were not intersted in the vehicle because we didn't want a previous rental. He told us we were making assumptions. We pointed out the sticker on the dash. He made some unintelligible comment about some businesses will put that on there... like a fleet, we told him. I would stay away from this dealership if you want a pleasurable experience. More
We were looking for a New 2008 Highlander Base Model. We were told by Will from the BDC (Business Development Center) about the price on a specific vehicle. He further enticed us with additional $200 provid were told by Will from the BDC (Business Development Center) about the price on a specific vehicle. He further enticed us with additional $200 provided that if we came in on that day. Since they didn't have the color we were looking for, we were still noncommittal about going in. Will's manager Arnold called back expressing their desire to have our business and willingness to negotiate. OK, we went in and met Erico for a test drive. They didn't even remove the plastic wrap on the floor mat that gave off awful smell during the drive. Even though they knew about it, they just don't bother to fix it. Then the fun began. With check in hand, we told Erico and his manager Bill that we were ready to buy right there and then as long as we can come to an agreement on the price. However, Erico tried the 'we don't care about your business anyway' and didn't want to negotiate at all. Bill came in later and did a better job of negotiating. When we mentioned their advertising slogan of matching or even beating any other dealers' offers, they wouldn't even acknowledge that. With attitude like that, we will NOT buy from them even if they match the price on the vehicle. We went to low-key, low-pressure dealership which offered the lowest price. On the way there, Will and later John from BDC called back -- 'shocked' by the fact the deal didn't consummate at Boch. When we told them how far apart we were on the price, they belittled the price as being 'unreal' and wanted us to go back. Too bad, Boch, you only got one chance to make a first impression and you blew it big time. What did they say about car salesmen were among the least trusted people in the world? Apparently, many of them work at Boch Toyota. More
What a NIGHTMARE! A bunch of lying theives! We went through the tele-sales so the deal was all set before we arrived there, it was just a matter of of us seeing the car and test driving it. Which was through the tele-sales so the deal was all set before we arrived there, it was just a matter of of us seeing the car and test driving it. Which was a two hour ordeal and it was not even the one that we were told about on the phone! We too made the unfortunate mistake of giving them our credit card for the $500.00 to get in to see the finance dept to close the deal & they could not get there act together after hours of waiting my husband and I told them to credit our card back the $500.00 and take the car and shove it. We were told that they cannot do credits they can only charge our credit card they have to wait for the accounting dept to do that the following day. However, they should be able to void the transaction. As soon as I walked out the door I called my credit card co. & told them I wanted to dispute the charge. Here it is 6 days later & the credit still has not shown up! I would never recommend them to anyone! We ended up buying a Sonata it was alot less painless and didn't even have to give them a credit card to get into the finance dept! More

The subsequent paperwork had $400 in additional costs that I hadn't expected or been appraised of at the time of negotiation. I subsequently cancelled the deal. The Salesman called the next day to re-negotiate those charges. We agreed on another price and I was told to come by with a check to purchase the car. When I got to the dealership my salesman wasn't there and I was told that the car was sold to someone else. I left the dealership. At the end of the month, my credit card was charged $500 for the deposit on the car that was sold to someone else. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. More
Absolutely aweful. I made an offer on for a car on the website, and a guy from the dealership called me. He told me to come down to look at the car, and that he had at least 2 or 3 of the models i was int website, and a guy from the dealership called me. He told me to come down to look at the car, and that he had at least 2 or 3 of the models i was interested in my price range. So, I drove over an hour up to the dealership. When I got there, the sales rep left me at his desk for thirty minutes. THen he came back, and told me that he had looked everywhere, but couldn't find the car. It wasn't sold, he just didn't know where it was, and 'guy in charge of the used cars' didn't know where it was either. And no, there was no one i could talk to. He was really rude, and then asked me if I felt like buying a new car. Total waste of time. I left feeling absolutely shocked at how horribly I had been treated. More
