What a NIGHTMARE! A bunch of lying theives! We went through the tele-sales so the deal was all set before we arrived there, it was just a matter of of us seeing the car and test driving it. Which was through the tele-sales so the deal was all set before we arrived there, it was just a matter of of us seeing the car and test driving it. Which was a two hour ordeal and it was not even the one that we were told about on the phone! We too made the unfortunate mistake of giving them our credit card for the $500.00 to get in to see the finance dept to close the deal & they could not get there act together after hours of waiting my husband and I told them to credit our card back the $500.00 and take the car and shove it. We were told that they cannot do credits they can only charge our credit card they have to wait for the accounting dept to do that the following day. However, they should be able to void the transaction. As soon as I walked out the door I called my credit card co. & told them I wanted to dispute the charge. Here it is 6 days later & the credit still has not shown up! I would never recommend them to anyone! We ended up buying a Sonata it was alot less painless and didn't even have to give them a credit card to get into the finance dept! More

The subsequent paperwork had $400 in additional costs that I hadn't expected or been appraised of at the time of negotiation. I subsequently cancelled the deal. The Salesman called the next day to re-negotiate those charges. We agreed on another price and I was told to come by with a check to purchase the car. When I got to the dealership my salesman wasn't there and I was told that the car was sold to someone else. I left the dealership. At the end of the month, my credit card was charged $500 for the deposit on the car that was sold to someone else. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. More
Absolutely aweful. I made an offer on for a car on the website, and a guy from the dealership called me. He told me to come down to look at the car, and that he had at least 2 or 3 of the models i was int website, and a guy from the dealership called me. He told me to come down to look at the car, and that he had at least 2 or 3 of the models i was interested in my price range. So, I drove over an hour up to the dealership. When I got there, the sales rep left me at his desk for thirty minutes. THen he came back, and told me that he had looked everywhere, but couldn't find the car. It wasn't sold, he just didn't know where it was, and 'guy in charge of the used cars' didn't know where it was either. And no, there was no one i could talk to. He was really rude, and then asked me if I felt like buying a new car. Total waste of time. I left feeling absolutely shocked at how horribly I had been treated. More
My husband and I have purchased vehicles for 50 years, so we are certainly well experienced!! This is the first time I can say that we were overwelmed by the trickery that Boch Toyota can display. We never we are certainly well experienced!! This is the first time I can say that we were overwelmed by the trickery that Boch Toyota can display. We never saw so much double-talk as when we were shown on paper what the figures for the sale would end up being. Everything was going peacefully until our salesman Mike brought over the "heavy hitter" his Sales Manager (didn't catch his name.) He brought out that large sheets of paper and started scribbling one figure after another and then said "isn't this what you wanted"! Instantly he wanted us to give him a positive answer. I told him that the deal depended on what the Extended Warranty price was! He didn't have any interest in that. Next thing we know here comes the paper work out for us to sign. Boch also requested our credit card just to lock in that figure. Being so slick and quick, I stupidly gave over my credit card to them for $3,000.00. This is something I never would have done on any previous occasion. Well the Finance Manager tried to sell my husband an extended warranty that was not a Toyota Warranty. We know that we have no problems with a Toyota Warranty wherever you travel, as we have had occasions to use it in Florida. We requested to cancell our possible deal and give us our $3,000. back on our account. They couldn't do it immediately- more double talk. Eleven days have gone by and I am still waiting for Boch to begin processing our refund . So, if you want to experience a Nightmare, go to Boch. More
Don't give them a deposit on anything they don't have on the lot. And You better make a copy of the exact total purchase price out the door, cause that changed . They switched sale people on me like they whe the lot. And You better make a copy of the exact total purchase price out the door, cause that changed . They switched sale people on me like they where not even there and made sure to make it as confusing as it could be. They changed the paper work. I lost the toyota incentives and special financing. Cause they dragged there feet. Cornered me out of the market with holding my deposit and telling me they had another vehicle but it would cost me more with less options , only to get a last minute notice that it had lot damage and that they could fix it. They're still holding on to my deposit. I guess waiting to tell me they lost a deal and they want to hold my deposit unless I buy. I wish I could post my e mails to show. Save your self some time and go to another dealer. There's a reason why they won't let you walk there lot...they don't want to let you get in with out all your information. There lot is behind the dealership with a guard cause you have to have to make contact with a sales person. They will waste your time and promise you everything and pull back to see if your desperate to make the deal at new terms. I've purchased 3 new trucked in the last 10 year and have never seen a worst dealer. More
We were in the market for a new Toyota Highlander...we visited Boch first to see what they had on the lot and to get a price. They kept us waiting in between each step of the process a very long time with visited Boch first to see what they had on the lot and to get a price. They kept us waiting in between each step of the process a very long time with no apology for the extended wait time. We drove a demo car, never got a firm price and left. Several days later they told us that they had the exact car we were looking for on the lot and quoted a great price over the phone. Several other dealers told us the price was great...to take it if we could get it. We went to see the exact car...confirming with them beforehand that they indeed had the car available and the exact color, style and extras on the car. They confirmed with us that this exact [perfect] car was ready for us to see, drive and purchase and that there would be no wait when we arrived...because they were ready for us to come. We immediately went to the dealership; they again kept us waiting for over 30 minutes to show us this perfect car...then Tim laughed and told us that the car was on the floor the whole time...when we walked over to the car it was the wrong color. He claimed to have misunderstood, but he had repeated the exact color to us over the phone, so there was no possibility he misunderstood. They tried to get us to buy something we didn't want...we left immediately incredibly disastisfied. More
This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. The people were liars and rude and inconsiderate. They could've offered me a car for $100 a month for a car payment and I still would NEVER go back. I people were liars and rude and inconsiderate. They could've offered me a car for $100 a month for a car payment and I still would NEVER go back. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!! The manager gave me one price and then the salesman told me it would be a 1/2 hour before I saw the finance guy and it turned out to be an 1 1/2 wait!!!!!!!! Then when I finally got into to see the finance guy he told me that the number the manager gave me was impossible.. So I picked up my stuff and told him they need to find a manager who does not LIE and knows how to do MATH!!!!!!! Ant then the salesman kept winking how f****** rude is that. Like he was doing me a favor, I don't think so.. I don't know how they stay in business with people like that working for them!!!! THE WORST DEALERSHIP. ERNIE BOCH JR. SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF ALLOWING PEOPLE LIKE THAT WORKING FOR HIM, I DON'T THINK HIS FATHER WOULD ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN. More
After long deliberation we came upon an agreement on price, all was all set. They read us back the offer and we shook hands. As we were filling in our paper work with the required information, we notic price, all was all set. They read us back the offer and we shook hands. As we were filling in our paper work with the required information, we noticed that the price of the bottom line on the vehicle increased $2000. When we questioned them about it they said that was the $ they were thinking of. They wasted about 3 hours of our time. Either the sales team has selective amnesia, or they are just flat out screwballers. Dont make an offer on a vehicle if you cant put keep your word. I had previously bought 2 NEW vehicles( in 2 years ) from a nearby chevy dealer. I then took 2 friends to that chevy dealer, and they also bought 1 new car each. I will never go back to any Boch dealer, I will still go Toyota. But NOT from Boch More
considering buying a truck and the found ratings very disturbing.i went in with my mother to purchase a tacoma for her. in the past after visiting this site and finding a favorable review of a salesman.t disturbing.i went in with my mother to purchase a tacoma for her. in the past after visiting this site and finding a favorable review of a salesman.the salesman was actually very good and i would recomend him again (mike kayyali)i told him i didnt want to talk to his manager and worked out a price before i went in.however i did have to wait in the waiting area for him (he was with anouther customer) its a pet pev to have to wait to give someone my hard earned money, they should be waiting in line to take it !! i would reccomend using this site and if you have a bad salesman let everyone know .and save them the hassel More
MY daughter went to Boch figuring they were reputable...big mistake..she was given one quote which was acceptable...then given blank papers to sign..when she questioned that and asked where the reputable...big mistake..she was given one quote which was acceptable...then given blank papers to sign..when she questioned that and asked where the numbers were she was told that they needed a signature to initiate numbers with the financing...she was badgered..when she hesitated being told that although she had good credit everytime there was inquiries her score would go down so she might as well accept it(her car was totalled and she was trying to replace it so naturally there were inquries) they registered the car and told her it was ready for pick up when she asked the final numbers she was told that she would receive the bank papers in the mail...yeah right..she went down to clarify only to find that the deal wasn't what she agreed to.the payment was almost a 100 dollars more a month...it took 3 hours for them to rewrite. the deal was for 5 years at a little higher but acceptable payment which was to include extra stuff...come get the car..all the way to norwood a good hour....drop her off...only to go back to norwood to pick her up...they had increased the years to 7..on an 07 with 25000 miles...right..wouldn't return the deposit..we don't have cash..noone around to cut a check although edwin & victor are in financial...hard time getting the plates ...even my insurance company questions how they could register a car if the deal wasn't finalized. The "final deal" wasn't signed. O.K after writing a comment to ernie's website just heard from KIM in finance...she says the deposit and everything We need for the registry and insurance company will be ready for me to pick up this monday.... the 27th...lets see if it happens. According to reviews I've read it's usually a run around...we'll see. Was surprised to actually hear from someone..knew it wouldn't be Ernie...he's in japan she says...he should be watching his business....Even if all is right on moday would I deal with them again...NO...you may burn me once but not get a second chance.
